These fire rated downlights are suitable for being covered in upto 300mm of insulation.

Why choose a fire rated downlight?

When a downlight is installed in a ceiling it requires a hole to made made (cut out). This reduces the ceilings abiality to help minimise the spread of a fire, also to help prevent structural damage.
